Shipping of your order.
Your order will be handled with the utmost care and shipped to you within 1 - 3 days.
Can I see the status of my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an immediate confirmation. If the status of your order changes, you'll be notified automatically. You can also find the status after logging in to our website.
Can I cancel my order?
This is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form on our website. Your cancellation and refund will then be processed as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@aquariumverlichtingkopen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Is the item in stock and what is the delivery time?
All items are delivered from stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, this will be indicated with the item itself. If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within a few days.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate (€5.75) for every order within the Netherlands delivered to your home address. If you collect your package from a DPD service point, we charge €4.95. For orders to Belgium, the cost to your home address is €8.75. Collection from a DPD service point costs €5.75.
Can my order be delivered to a different address?
This is possible. When ordering, you can enter a different delivery address. You can also choose to have your package delivered to a DPD service point.
I received an incorrect/damaged item, what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on our website. We'll then provide you with the information you need to return the item. These costs are, of course, covered by us.
I have a complaint, what now?
If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. You will receive a response within 48 hours to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
